J.C. Scott is the culmination of Jacob Clayton’s enduring passion for handcrafted garments and artistic expression. A passion turned business, J.C. Scott launched in 2018 based in Dallas, Texas affording the discerning gentlemen a unique sartorial experience, while adding his own modern spin.

 Since its inception, J.C. Scott has garnered a loyal clientele and strong national following on account of Jacob’s approach to artisanal integrity. With a client base ranging from high school teens inspired by Instagram’s, to the distinguished business suit wearing veteran, Not to forget the groom-to-be, we serve everyone.

Vertical integration has allowed J.C. Scott to control all aspects of the bespoke process; design detail, pattern making, cutting, construction, craftsmanship, quality control, and delivery. We can’t wait to do business with you!

The Process

  • Schedule Your Appointment

    Complete our appointment form and let us know more about you and what you need. We will get back to you and schedule your fitting or answer any questions you might have.

  • Design and Measure

    We’ll select from thousands of fabrics to create your next suit, sport coat, slack, shirt, or other garment. Together, we will then design your wardrobe from the fabric to the lining offering a variety of customization options. we will then take 25 plus body measurements to make sure your garment will fit perfectly.

  • Final Fitting

    Once your order arrives, you’ll be notified by one of our staff to schedule a date/time to arrange the second fitting. After assessing the fit, we will mark the garment for alterations and have them adjusted in house.

    All adjustments are noted in our system, so your next order already has the changes made to your pattern. If your order doesn’t need any work, we will pack the garments ready for you to take home.
